We physically remove the mold and restore the materials to their state prior to the onset of mold. We are not interested in covering the mold, we eliminate it. Our Remediation Process

Containment

While there may be many remediation techniques used for the removal of the mold, unless proper containment is put in place for the mold remediation the situation can be made much worse if inadequate containment is put in place. Proper containment should consist of a secure barrier between the affected area and the living areas. We then negatively pressurize the work area to ensure that any dust or debris is kept within the containment and then filtered through our H.E.P.A. filtered air cleaners.

Removal

Unlike many companies, when we remove the mold, the mold is physically removed by abrasion.
The effected materials are cleaned, treated and restored to their state prior to the onset of mold. And with our background in water intrusion, the moisture source will be corrected which will leave you with the peace of mind that the underlying cause of the mold growth has been addressed.

Assurance

After the remediation is completed an independent, 3rd party inspector is used to verify our work. We use one of the toughest inspectors in the valley to ensure that the work has been completed and is in compliance with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) standards. Finally, we stand behind our work with a 5 year warranty. Giving the homeowner or buyer confidence that the problem has been solved.
